RefLex Workshop

The RefLex workshop is designed to introduce participants to a database dedicated to lexical data on the African continent, including classification tools. How can it become a reference tool for lexical data from the adamawa group? One of the main principles of RefLex is the immediate verifiability of data, and the requirement not to offer fragmented data for a lexical source placed online.

•     Inventory of reference lexical data for the Adamawa zone
•     Presentation of the database and tools (Guillaume Segerer)
•     Practical hands-on workshop
•     Entering and preparing data for RefLex - inventory of priority sources;
•     Case study: practical work
•     Discussions - follow-up to the Adamawa-Reflex collaborative project
